Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Content Specialist-Banking. The ideal candidate will bring advanced user experience design skills, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management experience to create compelling, audience-focused digital solutions that simplify complex concepts and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Pay rate range (CAD): $71.88/hr – $86.25/hr

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-centered digital interfaces for web applications and public sites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate concepts clearly
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs accordingly
Maintain consistency with branding and accessibility standards
Advocate for best UX practices across all projects
Document design processes and contribute to Design System updates as needed
Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for onsite and remote engagement
Desired Skill-Set

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Proven ability to create audience-focused content that simplifies complex concepts
Extensive experience with strategic content planning and stakeholder engagement
Mastery of English in writing, editing, and proofreading
Strong understanding and experience with public site design
Previous experience with financial institutions or regulated industries preferred
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience with functional integration (FI) systems a plus

Experience working in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines
Skills in interaction design and visual storytelling
Knowledge of current UX tools and technologies
