Position: AI Solution Enablement & MS 365 Copilot Technical Consultant
Client: Enterprise Canadian Bank
Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days a week downtown Toronto
Type: 3-month contract + extensions past 2 years
Number of openings: 2
Start Date: 2 weeks
Rate: 90-100/hr incorporated

Required Skills & Experience
– 8-10+ years of technology / consulting experience
– 2+ years of Microsoft 365 Copilot experience
– 2+ years of Copilot Studio, Agent Builder & Prompt Engineering experience
– 5+ years of solution design / architecture experience
– Strong Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge (Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Automate)
– Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and escalating technical issues
– Strong communication skills; comfortable training and working directly with business stakeholders
– Financial Services experience or large enterprise
– Azure AI exposure, Governance, DLP, and compliance experience
