We are Hiring For Business Systems Analyst / Developer Position

Experience: 6+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid-4 Days onsite)
Pay Range – $45-$50/Hr.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Analysis
-Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
-Conduct workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
-Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
-Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
-Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Develop process flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
-Perform GAP analysis and impact analysis.
-Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
-Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners.
Support Sprint Planning, Grooming, UAT, and Production Releases.
-Coordinate with business users during testing and production deployment.
-Analyze production issues and recommend solutions.
-Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Development
-Develop and enhance application features.
-Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications and microservices
-Build and maintain REST APIs or Microservices.
-Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
-Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
-Debug production issues.
-Perform code reviews.
-Participate in CI/CD deployment activities.
-Support application modernization initiatives.
-Optimize application performance.
-Assist in integration with third-party systems.
