Must Have Skills & Experience:
✅ Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including:
Sprint participation
Backlog refinement
Sprint planning
Daily stand-ups
Sprint reviews & retrospectives
✅ Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating:
Business Requirements (BRD)
Functional Requirements (FRD)
Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
Epics & User Stories
✅ Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions across cross-functional teams
✅ Strong skills in:
Process mapping
Workflow modelling
Current state & future state diagrams
✅ Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical and project teams
✅ Previous experience collaborating with UX designers to capture and document user needs
