🚨 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Asset Management | Bilingual Spanish 🚨

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a major transformation program across Asset Management, Private Assets, and Transfer Agency operations.
📍 Toronto – Hybrid, 3 days onsite
⏳ 6-month contract
💰 $85/hr. Incorp.
🗣️ Spanish is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering with business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams
• Create epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and detailed requirements
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and implementation readiness
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, data requirements, and operating models
• Support vendor-led implementations, solution validation, gap analysis, and risk tracking

Must Have
✅ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services or asset management
✅ Strong Agile transformation and technology implementation experience
✅ 5+ years writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements
✅ Strong stakeholder, process analysis, and requirements traceability skills
✅ Professional fluency in Spanish
Experience with Transfer Agency, fund administration, Private Assets, or investment operations is highly preferred.
