We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to support a new squad delivering a major money-transfer initiative within the investment domain.
📍 Location: Toronto
🏢 Hybrid: 3 days in office
📅 Contract: Until March 2027
💰 Rate: $96/hr Incop

What you’ll be working on
• Leading complex technology projects through the complete delivery lifecycle
• Developing execution plans, roadmaps, work-back schedules and capacity plans
• Coordinating engineering, product, risk, legal, audit and dependent teams
• Managing project risks, blockers, milestones and approval gates
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, retrospectives and cross-team discussions
• Supporting application releases, rollouts and audit-related activities
• Communicating project status, risks and solutions to senior and executive stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement across Agile delivery teams

Must-have experience
✅ 10+ years of IT Project Management or Technical Delivery experience
✅ Strong experience delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies
✅ Expert knowledge of project management practices, tools and delivery frameworks
✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
✅ Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk-management capabilities

Nice to have
• Recent experience supporting a Top 5 Canadian bank
• Investment, digital banking or financial-services domain experience
• PMP, CSM or PSM certification
• Web and mobile application delivery experience
• API development project experience
• Application decommissioning experience

The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery professional who can independently drive execution, remove blockers and keep complex initiatives moving in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
