IT Project Control Officer

IT Project Control Officer – Kingston, ON
Contract | $350–$450/day | Canadian Contractors

Noramtec is seeking an experienced IT Project Control Officer to support Project Managers and teams delivering critical IT initiatives in Kingston, Ontario.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate project planning, execution, communications, and deliverables
• Manage project/work plans, tracking, analytics, and progress reporting
• Create management dashboards and executive summaries
• Track budgets, action items, risks, issues, and project dependencies
• Support workflow and ticketing management
• Coordinate meetings and project documentation
• Maintain project repositories and ensure documentation is current and properly controlled
• Support Agile/Waterfall methodologies throughout the SDLC

What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting multiple Project Managers and complex IT projects
Strong project reporting, tracking, coordination, and analytical skills
Experience with MS Project, Planview, or similar tools
Understanding of project management concepts, risk, scope, cost, quality, and scheduling
Experience with SCRUM/Agile environments
Experience with mainframe or legacy systems is an asset
Location: Kingston, Ontario
Rate: $350–$450/day
Contract: Open to Canadian Contractors
