Financial Analyst III – Telecommunications Billing

🚨 We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst III – Telecommunications Billing 📊📱
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support a major Mobile Billing Consolidation initiative with one of Canada’s Top 5 Banks.
📍 Location: 2201 Eglinton Ave East, Toronto, ON
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office – Tuesday & Friday | 3 days remote)
📅 Start Date: September 1, 2026
⏳ Contract: 6 Months (extension possible based on project needs)
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review, validate, and reconcile wireless, voice, and data carrier invoices
✔ Investigate billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, and overages
✔ Perform telecom inventory validation and invoice reconciliation
✔ Support financial reporting, forecasting, and chargeback processes
✔ Partner with telecom vendors, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders
✔ Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous process improvements
✔ Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 3–5 years of Telecommunications Billing experience
✅ 3–5 years of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) experience
✅ 3–5 years of Financial Analysis experience
✅ 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or Invoice Management experience
✅ 3–5 years of Mobility Operations experience
✅ Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Nice to Have:
⭐ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
⭐ Experience with Rogers, Bell, or TELUS billing environments
⭐ Familiarity with VeraSMART, ServiceNow, or similar tools
⭐ Knowledge of telecom billing structures and inventory management
⭐ French or Spanish language skills are an asset
