Lead Instructional Designers

We have a great new opportunity for a Lead Instructional Designers contract role to support one of our Consulting clients.

Position: Lead Instructional Designer – Workforce Experience
Location: Remote, Canada (must be available to work in EST time zone)
Structure: 6 months to start
Pay: Up to $84.00/hr INC

Requirements:
– 5+ years of hands-on instructional design experience
– Strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of learning solutions (required for consideration)
– 2+ years of experience with authoring tools — Articulate Storyline and/or RISE required; Captivate or Evolve a plus
– Solid command of instructional design methodologies: ADDIE, SAM, backward design, design thinking
– Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, multimedia principles, and visual design
– Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
– Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, or a related discipline

Nice-to-haves:
– Change management and/or adoption experience (strongly preferred)
– Experience with multimedia development and graphic design
– Experience designing AI-driven learning experiences or enablement programs
– Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG)
