strategic Chief of Staff (Senior Manager)

🚀 We’re hiring! I’m looking for a strategic Chief of Staff (Senior Manager) to join our CX PMO team at TELUS.
This is a high-visibility, influential individual contributor leadership role acting as the ultimate force multiplier for our leadership team and the operational backbone of a 70+ person organization.

The Impact You’ll Make:
~Strategic Rhythm: Run the operational cadence (planning, priority tracking, and quarterly business reviews).
~Executive Storytelling: Own senior executive reporting (ELT/CEO briefings) and the master CX performance scorecard.
~Governance & Delivery: Govern capital deployment/benefits realization and lead critical, cross-functional special projects.
~Influence: Drive decisions and accountability across functional managers through standards and collaboration rather than direct reporting lines.

What You Bring:
~7+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or Chief of Staff roles (matrixed enterprise experience preferred).
~C-Suite Presence: Proven track record of producing executive-ready briefings, presentations, and scorecards.
~Analytical Acumen: Comfort with financial governance, capital tracking, and core operational metrics (like FCR).
~Attributes: Exceptional judgment, a strong bias for action, and the ability to influence without authority.
