Learning & Talent Development Consultant

🚨 We’re Hiring: Learning & Talent Development Consultant (12-Month Contract in Toronto, Ontario) 🚨

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences, partnering with leaders, and helping employees reach their full potential? The LCBO is looking for a Learning & Talent Development Consultant to join our team on a 12-month onsite contract.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✅ Design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise-wide learning and talent development programs
✅ Partner with leaders, HR teams, SMEs, and external vendors to identify learning needs and deliver meaningful solutions
✅ Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual learning experiences, including onboarding, leadership, and career development programs
✅ Manage and administer learning initiatives in Workday Learning
✅ Leverage data, reporting, and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
✅ Contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience across the organization

We’re looking for an experienced learning professional who brings:
✔️ 5+ years of corporate learning and development experience
✔️ Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
✔️ Experience with Learning Management Systems, ideally Workday Learning
✔️ Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
✔️ A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
