IAM / CIAM BUSINESS ANALYST

🚨 NOW HIRING: IAM / CIAM BUSINESS ANALYST – CONTRACT 🚨
We are seeking a versatile IAM Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to support a major CIAM SaaS migration to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC).

📅 Contract: 3 months
🔄 Extension: Potentially up to 12 months in total
💰 Rate: Up to $74/hour INC

What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead requirements-gathering and discovery workshops with business, client, and technical stakeholders
🔹 Document current-state and future-state identity processes
🔹 Define functional use cases for authentication, provisioning, application onboarding, and migration
🔹 Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and data-mapping matrices
🔹 Provide functional guidance for application integrations with the enterprise IAM/CIAM ecosystem
🔹 Support the migration of customer authentication capabilities to Ping AIC

Must-Have Experience
✅ 5+ years as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst
✅ Strong understanding of IAM, IGA, Access Management, or CIAM concepts
✅ Experience supporting application onboarding, integration, or identity migration initiatives
✅ Hands-on functional knowledge of:
• Single Sign-On – SSO
• Multi-Factor Authentication – MFA
• Registration and login journeys
• Password management and account recovery
• Identity federation
✅ Strong experience creating functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and data-mapping documentation
✅ Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Functional experience with at least one major IAM platform, such as Ping Identity, Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID

➕ Enterprise-level identity migration experience
➕ Onboarding-readiness assessments and migration checklists
➕ Adaptive, passwordless, and risk-based authentication
➕ Banking, financial services, insurance, or regulated-industry experience
➕ Security, privacy, and regulatory knowledge
➕ Power BI reporting or dashboard exposure
➕ Bilingual English/French or English/Spanish capabilities
➕ CBAP, PMI-PBA, or relevant IAM certifications
