Must-Have Skills & Experience
✅ 10+ years of IT experience
✅ Experience in application design, development, implementation, and maintenance using structured methodologies
✅ Enterprise Architecture documentation experience (Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, Solution Requirements, Information Architecture, etc.)
✅ Experience with technical solution design and prototyping tools for JAD/design sessions
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
✅ Excellent teamwork and ability to meet project deadlines
