Business Analyst – Intermediate (ServiceNow GRC/IRM)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM? We’re looking for a collaborative professional to support a high-profile transformation initiative with our client.

What You’ll Do:
Gather and document business requirements (BRDs & FRDs)
Create user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
Support UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability
Define KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting requirements
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

We’re Looking For:
Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules
Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, audit, and risk management processes
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
