Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Application Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical application development and digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector.

**Location:** Toronto or Kingston, ON (Onsite – 5 days/week)
**Contract:** 15 months with renewal
**Rate:** Up to $110/hour

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead complex enterprise application development and system integration projects from initiation through implementation
– Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
– Develop Integrated Project Plans (IPP), executive status reports, change requests, and project governance documentation
– Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and Infrastructure resources
– Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
– Support business transformation, organizational change management, and enterprise digital modernization initiatives

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
– 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects
– 10+ years leading web-based applications, cloud services, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
– Strong technical knowledge of Java and/or Microsoft .NET application environments
– 7+ years managing Agile delivery (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, velocity tracking)
– Experience with MS Project, Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps
– Experience delivering cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, IBM WebSphere, and/or IBM Cloud Pak
– Experience managing project budgets, integrated project schedules, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder governance
– Experience leading Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and QA teams through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

**Nice to have:**
– Healthcare IT or public sector projects
– Digital Health standards (HL7 FHIR)
– Business transformation and change management
– PMP certification
