Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Analyst. This position involves supporting a large-scale system migration by performing parallel testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business impact.

Responsibilities

Support parallel testing efforts between legacy and new systems
Analyze and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting gaps
Review mapping documents and develop SQL queries to analyze data relationships
Trace data sources using query tools and validate outputs
Document findings, escalate issues, and collaborate with project teams for resolution
Participate in meetings to provide insights on data inconsistencies and system behavior
Desired Skill-Set

Minimum of 8+ years of SQL experience
Proficiency with SQL window functions
General reporting and data analysis experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Experience in change management and collaborative environments
Nice to Have

Experience with mapping UAT / ATL
Business analyst or stakeholder engagement experience
Knowledge of system integration processes
Familiarity with project documentation and mapping review
