Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a UX Project Manager – Figma /AI Design. This position involves supporting design teams through financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment focused on business-as-usual operations. Pay rate range (CAD): $57.42/hr – $68.90/hr

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between partners and the design team to facilitate effective communication and project flow
Manage and maintain spreadsheets for value propositions, resource planning, and tracking project progress
Support financial management activities, including budgeting and expense tracking
Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure project deliverables are met
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Contribute to conflict resolution and issue management to maintain team productivity
Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to support design operations and optimize workflows
