Health IT Project Manager / Leader – Contract Opportunity
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
Contract Position
Rate: $75.00 – $120.00/hour

Noramtec Consultants is seeking an experienced Health IT Project Manager / Leader to support complex Digital Health and healthcare technology initiatives in Toronto.

We are looking for a senior project leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale healthcare IT solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and working within public-sector healthcare environments.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of IT project management experience across SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, Iterative)
Proven leadership managing Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, Testers, and technical teams
7+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Experience delivering web-based applications, cloud solutions, and enterprise integrations
Strong knowledge of Digital Health standards, including HL7 FHIR
Experience with Ontario healthcare / public-sector IT projects
Knowledge of GO-ITS Digital Health standards, PHIPA, FIPPA, and MFIPPA
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Planview
PMP certification is an asset
Valid CRJMC or government security clearance required
