🚨Looking for a Scrum Master for a Banking client🚨

📍 Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day WFH) – Toronto, ON
⏰ 12 months (high possibility to extend)
💰 $80/hr (INC) – MAX

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within a high-visibility, AI-led program focused on cybersecurity, global security, and defense. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to organize pods and help the team transition from a SAFe-like model. Your ultimate goal will be to remove impediments, shield the team from distractions, and optimize productivity across the program.

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-2-4 years of dedicated experience acting as a Scrum Master with a strong coaching mindset rather than a traditional Project Manager approach.
-Proven experience supporting teams through Agile transformations, including establishing, organizing, and optimizing team structures and pods.
-Strong hands-on expertise using JIRA and Confluence to track team velocity and manage accurate Agile artifacts.
