🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Junior Business Analysts (3 Roles Available!)
Are you a Junior Business Analyst with a solid grasp of healthcare privacy laws and public sector experience?

We are looking for three dynamic individuals to join our team for an exciting hybrid contract role in Toronto!

🇨🇦 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2-3 days a week onsite)
⏳ Duration: 9-Month Contract

What You’ll Do:
Conduct requirements gathering and develop key documentation (presentations, briefing notes).
Drive stakeholder engagement using your excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Navigate and apply healthcare privacy frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring (Must-Haves):
PHIPA Expertise: Strong understanding of PHIPA principles (consent, collection, use, disclosure, safeguards of PHI) and the roles of health information custodians/agents.
Core BA Toolkit: Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Points: Prior Public Sector or Ontario Health experience is highly preferred!
