We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in the Wealth Management domain.
Required Skills:
✅ 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Wealth Management
✅ Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes
✅ SQL (Data Querying & Analysis)
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
✅ JIRA (Ticket Creation, Tracking & Workflow Management)
✅ Confluence (Documentation & Collaboration)
✅ Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
✔️ Agile & Scrum methodologies
✔️ Wealth Management regulatory and compliance knowledge
✔️ Data visualization tools
✔️ Banking systems and architecture
