Are you a PeopleSoft HCM expert with a passion for business process transformation?
We’re looking for a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst to join a 22-month contract with Sheridan College and play a key role in a major HR modernization initiative.
✨ Highlights:
📍 Hybrid – Mississauga, Brampton & Oakville (2+ days onsite)
💲 Up to $82/hour (inc.)
📅 22-month contract (Aug 2026 – Jan 2028)
🏢 Enterprise HR transformation project
We’re looking for experience with:
✔ Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
✔ HR, Payroll & Benefits modules
✔ BRDs, Functional Design Documents & Process Mapping
✔ As-Is/To-Be Analysis & Gap Analysis
✔ UAT Leadership & Stakeholder Workshops
✔ Integration requirements (ServiceNow, Sun Life, Pension systems are a plus)
🎓 Higher Education or Ontario Public Sector experience is highly preferred.
