📍 Location: Brampton, ON
🕒 Duration: 6+ Months
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (AI Agents) to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of next-generation AI-powered voice and contact centre experiences.
Key Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments
✅ Strong experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Conversational AI
✅ Expertise in IVR, IVA, Voice AI, Contact Centre Technologies
✅ Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU, Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, Intent Recognition
✅ Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
✅ Strong background in Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Root Cause Analysis, and KPI optimization
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Google GECX, Google CCAI, or Google CES
⭐ Prompt Engineering, AI Evals, AI Operations, Red Teaming
⭐ Python/Scripting
⭐ MBA or Advanced Degree
