Senior Business Analyst

TTP is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in IBM Maximo for an immediate opportunity in Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). The position offers a rate of $100/hour on a 6-month contract with renewal.

We are looking for a candidate with strong IBM Maximo implementation experience to support a large-scale Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) project. The role will involve:
– Business analysis
– Solution design
– Requirements management
– Testing
– Stakeholder collaboration throughout the implementation lifecycle

**Required Experience:**
– 10+ years of Business Analysis experience on large enterprise technology projects
– 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7, v8, or v9) / Maximo Application Suite
– Proven experience supporting IBM Maximo implementations
– Strong background in Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Capital Projects, and Vendor/Contract Management
– Expertise in documenting As-Is / To-Be business processes using BPMN
– Experience with BRDs, JIRA, Requirements Traceability, UAT, test planning, and defect management

**Nice to Have:**
– Public Sector experience
– HP ALM
– Agile delivery experience
