Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Banking Client (Downtown Toronto)

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our leading Banking client in Downtown Toronto.

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: Market Rate

Required Experience & Skills:
✔️ 6+ years of Strong Banking/Payments domain experience (Mandatory)
✔️ High-Value Payments, Wire Payments, and RTGS experience preferred
✔️ Understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards
✔️ Experience working with integrations including APIs, MQ, file feeds, and related technologies
✔️ Strong understanding of technology environments, including both Cloud and On-Premise solutions
✔️ Experience engaging with business and technology stakeholders
✔️ Facilitation of requirements elaboration and solution workshops with cross-functional teams
✔️ Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✔️ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
✔️ Strong analytical, solutioning, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to create solution documents and communicate complex solutions effectively
✔️ Excellent documentation skills, including:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Interface Specifications
• Functional and Design Documents
✔️ Strong presentation and communication skills, including executive-level PowerPoint presentations
