Senior Business Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a Salesforce CRM initiative in Toronto, ON (Hybrid – up to 5 days onsite as required). This is a 12-month contract position with extension, offering a rate of $100/hour.

The successful candidate will support a large-scale Salesforce CRM Funding Management System initiative for a leading public sector healthcare organization. This role is crucial in delivering an enterprise Salesforce solution that manages funding and grants across a complex organization.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Leading business analysis and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
– Translating business needs into User Stories using Azure DevOps.
– Collaborating closely with Salesforce implementation vendors during Agile sprints.
– Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and solution delivery.
– Creating business process flows, test cases, and documentation.
– Acting as the primary liaison between business SMEs and technical delivery teams.

Must-Have Experience:
– 3+ years developing Salesforce CRM solutions within the public sector.
– 5+ years working with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or related Salesforce Cloud.
– 5+ years of Agile Scrum experience.
– 5+ years creating User Stories and managing requirements in Azure DevOps.
– 3+ years integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
– Strong business requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
