Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – City of Toronto (Hybrid)
Amyantek Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with the City of Toronto, with a strong possibility of extension.
📍 Location: 55 John St, Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
📅 Duration: August 3, 2026 – August 2, 2027
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience leading requirements gathering and analysis for medium-to-large projects
Strong expertise in business process analysis, documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
Experience preparing BRDs, functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, process maps, and UAT documentation
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Business Analysis and/or Change Management certification is an asset
Nice to Have:
Public Sector experience
Knowledge of QA/testing methodologies, data analytics, and AODA compliance
