Must Haves:
• University/Community College degree in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
* Certification in Business Analysis and change management or equivalent a definite asset.
* 10 years of experience in IT projects Business analysis 10 years working on IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading requirements activities on medium-to-large projects.
Public Sector Experience: nice to have
