Required Skills:

4+ years of IBM BPM/BAW experience
Strong BPMN, BPM Design Patterns
HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap
SQL Server, T-SQL, Git
Performance tuning & troubleshooting
Agile/Scrum experience

Nice to Have:
Azure, .NET 5+, Entity Framework
REST APIs, RabbitMQ/Kafka
DevOps, TDD/BDD
