Public Sector experience
AWS Serverless Development (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Node.js/Python)
React, Angular, or Vue with JavaScript/TypeScript
HL7 FHIR & SMART on FHIR integration
Ontario Health assets (Provider Registry, Hospital Report Manager, etc.)
Ontario eReferral platforms (Ocean, Novari, etc.)
OAuth 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, CI/CD
Nice to Have
AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
Amazon Bedrock, Generative AI, RAG, OpenSearch Serverless
GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor
Amazon Comprehend Medical
Experience handling PHI/PII securely in cloud environments
