We are Hiring: Senior Software Developer (BMC Remedy ARS / ITSM) 🚀 📍 Onsite / Hybrid – Toronto, ON
⏳ 9-Month Contract

The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Remedy Developer to support an impactful public sector project. You will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining the Agency’s Intake and Onboarding process (PB4P initiative), eliminating redundancies for healthcare practitioners across the province.

Must-Have Core Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Remedy ARS Development.
8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM (v9 or higher) features.
8+ years mapping complex business requirements into functional specifications & technical designs.
3+ years of experience working in a BMC Helix SaaS setting (integrations, workflows, ARS code).
3+ years of experience with SQL and report development (Smart Reporting / SSRS).
Strong background integrating Remedy solutions with Web Services / APIs.
Public Sector Experience is mandatory for this role.
