🚨 Hiring: Senior Software Developer (Power BI Specialist) – Toronto, ON (Onsite) 🇨🇦
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Power BI Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, Ontario.
📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Contract Duration: Until March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)
⏰ Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
🔒 Security Clearance: Not Required

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ 10+ Years of IT Experience
✔ Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
✔ Advanced DAX & Power Query (M Language)
✔ Strong SQL & Data Modeling Skills
✔ ETL Development (SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory)
✔ Dashboard & Report Development
✔ Performance Tuning & Optimization
✔ Row-Level Security (RLS) & Data Governance
✔ Microsoft Fabric, Azure Analytics & Cloud Platforms
✔ Data Warehousing & BI Best Practices
✔ Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
✔ Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

🔹 Nice to Have:
✅ Ontario Public Sector (OPS) / Public Sector Experience
✅ PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Certification
✅ Experience with Oracle, .NET, Java, and Advanced Analytics
