We are seeking an experienced Service Owner to support the Government of Alberta in delivering and improving critical government services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Service delivery lifecycle management
✅ Vendor & contract management
✅ End-to-end RFP leadership
✅ SOW management (renewals, amendments, expirations)
✅ SAP/1GX invoice validation and payment management
✅ PCI compliance oversight
✅ Agile & DevOps-driven service improvement
✅ Stakeholder engagement and service optimization
