The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership, oversee stakeholder communications, drive change management, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale healthcare IT solutions in compliance with regulatory frameworks such as FIPPA and PHIPA.

Responsible to lead & deliver complex, mission-critical IT initiatives focused on business transformation, including the design, development, integration, and implementation of web-based applications, cloud-based services, and APIs.

Require 10 years of experience managing full project lifecycles, extensive project management experience delivering complex IT initiatives, strong Agile/Scrum expertise, and deep technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions (Azure), web applications, APIs, and full stack Java or .NET technologies. Also require experience in the implementation of web applications and services using cloud technology such as MS Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker; and web application servers such as Solaris, Red Hat, IBM WAS 8.0+, IBM Cloud Pak.
