Sr. Project Manager- Cybersecurity & AI:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager- Cybersecurity & AI for a 12-month role (possible extension). This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Job Description:

The Sr. Project Manager will lead projects in the CyberSecurity and AI (Artificial Intelligence) domains within a federally regulated financial institution. The role involves managing complex technical projects, simplifying AI concepts, and ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Cyber Security and AI projects

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, including C-suite interactions

• Simplify complex technical and AI concepts for diverse audiences

• Drive project delivery with strong financial and schedule discipline

• Adapt to changing project scopes and environments

• Collaborate with Business & Technology teams to define project scope and outcomes

• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles

Mandatory Skills:

• 8-10+ years of experience in project management

• Proven experience in Cyber Security and AI project delivery

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to interact and negotiate with C-suite executives

• Strong understanding of System Architecture, SDLC & Delivery Methods

• Financial discipline and budget management experience

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in a federally regulated financial institution

• Creative and proactive mindset

• Ability to forecast accurately

• Experience with integration projects

• Teamwork and collaboration skills

Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.

Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.
