The Central Agencies Cluster at the Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat requires an experienced UX Designer to design and deliver user-centered digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.

The role focuses on creating high-quality UX/UI deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps while applying iterative, research-driven design practices.

Responsible to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and ensure alignment with Ontario Design Systems and accessibility standards such as AODA/WCAG.

Require experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and Miro, along with the ability to manage design quality, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives and user needs throughout the design lifecycle.
