Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in insurance or risk management? We’re looking for an Insurance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting insurance operations and claims administration.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Review insurance invoices and resolve discrepancies
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from request to completion
Maintain organized, audit-ready insurance documentation
Track claims, update logs, and follow up on outstanding items
Coordinate meetings and support team operations
Develop internal presentations and reporting materials
Keep everything running smoothly with strong tracking and follow-ups

✅ What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in insurance, claims, risk, or administrative support (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in:
Excel (tracking & data management)
PowerPoint (presentations)
Outlook / Teams
A proactive, service-oriented mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
