We’re looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team in a 14-month full-time temporary opportunity starting August 17, 2026.
📍 Remote role – based anywhere in Ontario
🏡 Supporting Long-Term Care homes across Ottawa, Kingston, and the GTA

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our clinicians, strengthening workforce capacity, and ensuring our Long-Term Care partners have the right people in place to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
✅ Drive staffing and workforce planning strategies
✅ Recruit and onboard talented PT and PTA professionals
✅ Build strong relationships with clinicians, leaders, and customers
✅ Analyze staffing trends and develop proactive solutions
✅ Support operational excellence across multiple LTC sites
✅ Make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors throughout Ontario
We’re seeking someone with experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce planning, scheduling, healthcare operations, or a related field who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex staffing challenges.
