Back End Full stack Developer

💼Job Title: Back End Full stack Developer
📍Location: 3 days Hybrid in Downton Toronto (Non negotiable)
⌛Duration: Long-term

Note: A face-to-face interview is mandatory for this position.

· Strong backend expertise with Java or Node.js
· Experience building RESTful APIs and working with OpenAPI specifications
· Intermediate to advanced experience with Angular (React is a plus)
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift)
· Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
· Expert level Git skills (branching, merging, code reviews)
· Experience translating Figma designs into production ready UI
· Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools
· DevOps & Automation
· Proven experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
· Strong focus on automated unit, functional, and performance testing
· Experience integrating intelligent agents into CI/CD pipelines to automate reviews, testing, or deployments
· AI Driven Development
· Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude Code
· Passion for applying GenAI tools to improve engineering velocity and quality

Nice to Have:
· Experience with Agentic AI frameworks or autonomous AI workflows
· Exposure to mobile development (iOS, Android, or cross platform)
· Working knowledge of Python, especially for AI/ML or automation use cases.
