Job Title: CAD Flow Developer

Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Flow Developer to support engineering teams in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CAD tool automation and design flows. The ideal candidate will work closely with design and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that improve engineering productivity and streamline analog and mixed-signal design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and debug scripts and automation solutions supporting CAD tool workflows.
Maintain and enhance existing CAD flows for analog and mixed-signal design environments.
Troubleshoot issues across multiple scripting languages, CAD tools, and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with design, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure stable and scalable tool flows.
Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of EDA/CAD environments.
Operate and deploy solutions in Linux-based environments.
Assist with upcoming projects and initiatives requiring rapid development and customization of CAD automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with CAD/EDA tool flow development and automation.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Tcl, Shell, or similar.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex engineering tool environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting analog and mixed-signal design environments.
Familiarity with semiconductor design flows and EDA tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automation frameworks within engineering environments.
Experience optimizing tool performance and workflow scalability.
