Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate – KYC. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide operational support within a leading financial institution, working in a dynamic team environment with potential for contract extension and valuable industry experience.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $30.97/hr

Responsibilities

Perform operational transactions accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and SLAs
Verify customer information and conduct KYC checks via inbound and outbound calls
Manage back-office administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation review, and record maintenance
Provide customers with information about different wire transfer options, confirming details without processing transactions
Collaborate with internal partners and escalate issues as needed to ensure service quality
Support incoming transactions, validating information, and assisting with adjustments within authorized limits
Adhere to compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering and other regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to reporting on critical operations projects
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling customer and internal data
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on policies and product updates
Desired Skill-Set

Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the banking or financial services sector
Proven experience conducting KYC procedures and verifying customer data
Call center background handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Good understanding of financial products such as wire transfers, foreign exchange, and cash products
Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle high work volumes
Nice to Have

Experience with bank wire transfers and other financial transactions
Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms
Knowledge of global and WSS platforms in banking operations
