Hiring: QA Lead / QA Manager – Banking & KYC | Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead/Manager with strong Banking and KYC domain expertise to lead testing initiatives across enterprise applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of QA experience with Banking/Financial Services projects
Strong KYC domain knowledge and regulatory understanding
Hands-on experience in Manual Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
Experience validating business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Expertise in defect management using JIRA
Experience with JTMF or similar Test Management Frameworks
Understanding of Test Automation Frameworks (architecture, components, execution flow)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute testing across Banking and KYC applications
Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and QA teams
Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
Provide regular updates on test progress, risks, and issues
