QA Lead or QA manager

Toronto, Canada – Hybrid

6+ Months

15+ years of experience as a QA Lead in banking and KYC domains.

Execute manual functional testing across banking and KYC applications
Understand and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Perform test case execution, regression testing, and integration testing
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA
Work hands-on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework)
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members
Apply knowledge of KYC processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements
Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues
Mandatory:

Prior banking or financial services experience
Understanding of test automation frameworks (architecture, components, execution flow)
Hands-on experience with:
JIRA (defect tracking, workflows)
JTMF (or similar test management tools)
Proven experience in manual functional testing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid KYC domain knowledge
