Customer Success Manager – this one is different ❗
We’re hiring a technical, strategic Customer Success Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company to own the full customer journey – from post-sale through implementation, onboarding, migrations, and long-term growth.
This isn’t a traditional “check-in and renewals” CSM role…
We want someone who can:
✔ Build executive-level customer relationships
✔ Lead onboarding & implementations
✔ Navigate APIs, integrations & data migrations
✔ Partner closely with Product & Engineering
✔ Act as a trusted advisor, not just a relationship manager
Ideal backgrounds:
• Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Implementation / Onboarding experience (3–5 years)
• Strong exposure to B2B SaaS or platform-based products
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, migrations, and implementations
📍 Remote (EST preferred | Toronto ideal)
💰 $100K–$120K
