We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (HRIS/Procurement System Modernization) to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within a complex public-sector environment. This role supports modernization efforts across HRIS, procurement systems, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP transformation, contributing to one of the most significant transformation programs within the Public Service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex HRIS and Procurement System Modernization projects
Manage contract-to-pay, procure-to-pay, and source-to-contract initiatives
Oversee budgeting and forecasting systems, ideally within SAP/ERP environments
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and stakeholders
Prepare executive briefings and reports for senior leadership and steering committees
Lead cross-functional teams and support organizational change initiatives

Qualifications:
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale HRIS, procurement, or ERP transformation projects
Experience in public sector or government environments preferred
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with SAP/1GX modernization programs is an asset
