Objective
Need of a specialized strategic partner capable of helping shape a differentiated migration strategy, and supporting pursuit and execution of a large-scale retail digital transformation opportunity focused on migration from the Orckestra platform to enterprise (i.e. banner agnostic) platforms.

Mandatory Capabilities
Proven experience in:
Retail e-commerce modernization
Fulfillment and order management architecture
Product catalog / PIM / MDM integrations
Omnichannel retail ecosystems
Expertise in Orckestra platform architecture
Commerce modules
Backend modernization pathways
Migration and replatforming strategies

Preferred Domain Experience
Sporting goods / franchise retail
SAP Commerce / Hybris
Sterling OMS / DOM
Microsoft Dynamics integrations
Store-first and hybrid fulfillment models
Loyalty and enterprise analytics integration
