Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement – focus on leading enterprise-level business architecture initiatives across large, complex government programs.

The position requires over 10 years in IT and 5 years in business architecture, responsible for developing and maintaining business architecture artifacts aligned with Ontario Public Service standards. Drive target state architecture, business capability modeling, service integration, and strategic alignment, while ensuring integration across enterprise portfolios. Strong expertise in business process modeling (BPMN), value chain analysis, KPI definition, and enterprise architecture frameworks (including GO-ITS).

This role involves leading discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops, translating business needs into structured architecture deliverables (BAD, SRD, IAD), and ensuring alignment between business, information, and solution architectures. Play a key role in enterprise transformation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
