Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst – Fixed Income. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support frontline trading operations within the Fixed Income Technology team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that combines business analysis, automation, and data analytics.

Pay rate range (CAD): $36.17/hr – $43.41/hr

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from front office stakeholders
Support and maintain fixed income trading applications such as TOMS, Broadway, Axe, etc.
Contribute to automation projects to streamline trading workflows
Assist with data analytics initiatives to improve decision-making capabilities
Partner with technology teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot issues
Support project-based work and routine business-as-usual activities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skill-Set

1-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of application-based environments, especially in financial services
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Critical thinking with the ability to problem-solve quickly
Ability to learn new systems and processes effectively
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Experience with fixed income applications such as Bloomberg, Broadway, or Axe
Basic programming knowledge in Java or Python
Front Office experience in trading environments
Familiarity with automation tools and data analytics techniques
