Senior Project & Program Manager

TTP has an immediate need for a Senior Project & Program Manager. Contract: 11 months with renewal Rate: 100+ Location: hybrid – 3 days downtown Toronto We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project and Program Manager to support a major enterprise transformation initiative within Technology Services. This is a long-term contract (11 months with renewal) focused on Agile application delivery, UI modernization, and large-scale digital transformation within a complex public-sector environment. Key Highlights: • 10+ years leading enterprise IT transformation programs • Strong hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience (mandatory) • PMP & Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required • Experience acting as a Scrum Master (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement) • Proven delivery of UI modernization and public-facing digital platforms • Strong stakeholder management across enterprise and executive levels What the client is looking for: A true hands-on Agile delivery leader who has directly led application/web development projects — not just theoretical Agile experience.
