Hiring Sr Program Manager

Hybrid & Contract

Location: Vancouver, BC

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level communications.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, budgeting, and program delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or operational modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business and technical concepts effectively.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are considered an asset.
